Yep that names “Predicting Events after they happen”.   One concocts a story about something that has already happened using a belief that one wants to confirm.    Well guess what?   Your story will always #RingTrue to you just as very much as does your preexisting belief.   I think there is a name for thinking and speaking like that … it is one of the  #fallacies … which probably should be referenced here.
