Recording direct from iPhone

The best mic and audio recording devise i i have is an Olympus DM 720 … it is excellent … however i do not always have it with me.   There must be an app for my iPhone that will do just about as well.   #jimbo says it is “BossJock” which i have already purchased for my phone.  Can i get this to work?  ← #sethhmmm

well the iPhone app “bossjock jr” will air drop driect to the computer.  It naturally produces mp4, but seems it will read into #audacity if one clicks through the message about the missing libarary.  Also there is an upgrade to mp3.  I don’t see how to uploade drect from the phone to a thought,  but i for my purposes now at least i can get the job done.   I wil probably carry the DM 720 if i am going to make a serious recording anyway.
