Listening
To completely understand a thing said by another,I must think it myself in its same context as the original thinker experieced the thought.
I must create that same context inside myself and then think the thoght myself.
Of course duplicating that same context is impossible.
So i can never really think the same thought.
… but sometimes i imagine i get pretty dam close.
It is painful for me to think a lie.
Which is why i don’t like to listen to lies.

Listening is more of an Art than thought. When you are F2F there is more than just the words coming out of another’s mouth. There is also the body language, tonality & sensory input from the whole human in front of you.
