The map via Google (*) – my experience is that it takes a long time for a ship to get from Hong Kong or Tai Wan to get to the Philippine Islands.
I cant explain why a war should be fought over a diplomatic insult. China & Iran have been doing such for the last 8 years & before; especially with Tibet. I have been to Taiwan & the Philippines – nice places. Friendly women.
China is probably trying to claim the entire South China Sea including the Philippines
& Japan.
