Well yes. If you understand what a coincidence is, then it is a network by definition.
A coincidence is simply two different events that are connected together outside the dimensional space we allow our conscious perception to be aware of.
The very fact that we recognize it as a coincidence is because our greater awareness is tickling our conscious awareness. Otherwise, to us they would simply be events, not coincidences. It’s the greater awareness of the actual connection that triggers in us the recognition of a coincidence.
So by definition, coincidences are networked … just outside our usual perception, that’s all.
