What if there was a Skype for webcasting?

Instead of a person with a phone number or a email, you just contact a feed.  You can listen then to what is in the feed.  Or you can talk and make a new entry.  It's TIVO for listening, the other person could have broadcasted the item a long time ago.  But if you make a new entry, it goes into the feed just as soon as you hang up the phone.  Obviously, you need a skip ahead and back button, and a talk button, and mybe even a copy button which would copy into your entries sound space.  And, once you connect to a feed, you should be able to retrieve by tag, then skip around, and press record when you want to talk to your entry.

    ... the doesn't know if that is what you had in mind with your cryptic note, but that is what i want.... not the kind of thing that i can program .... but i sure would like to beta test it. 

... what's the difference between podcasting and webcasting ?
