So Dave, (the real one) who had his attorney write this letter to Rogers? Was it you or the virtual you? What is your side of the story? What is the virtual you's side of the story?

    I say if your going to be ugly, don't do it in public.  For one thing it's a bad strategy, you never can predict the consequences, it is just as possible to bit you in the ass as the other fellow.  On the other hand why be ugly at all ... can't we all just get along ?  Oh no, that's too easy.  Who knows when someone is going to interpert something as ugly which was not meant as ugly.  This public action vs private action is a funny space ... even funnier when the world's spotlight is on you.  Perhaps some day we will understand it better and there will be ways to learn and grow in the space.
