Variation on a theme of Mad Magazine Spy VS Spy VS Spy.

Many in the media conduct polls to create a story which causes opinions to shift in one way or another.

I think that in order to put pols in context one should also publish a poll on the other organizations responsible for an opinion, EG:

The President's Job Approval
Congress' Job Approval
The Judiciary's Job Approval
Media Job Approval
Conservatives, Liberals, Democrat's, Republicans job approvals
My family's job approval
Other Countries' Job Approvals

& finally
8. The World's Job Approval rating

A poll is an OPINION - actually a SNAPSHOT of OPINIONS in TIME - at least publish ALL of the context.

Note to self & poll takers: My OPINION as to whether Iran will get a nuclear bomb is of NO value to anyone except myself & maybe not then. I am not a spy. I am not Iranian. I am no closer to the source of sufficient information to decide that question than my dog is - WAKE UP!

I wonder if I could commission a poll whose outcome is "80% of the adult population is stupid for believing in polls" ? "20% of the population knows they are stupid for believing in polls but believe in polls anyway!"
