You should post your picture. Upload it from your local computer with the
icon. It will usually go somewhere reasonable using the Rich Text Editor. You can also say a few words there too! Then select the "header box" & it will then be the header for your group. The RTE is not perfect as a wysiwyg for headers (or even items posted), but it is the best we have for the moment.
