Are you sure those bar codes scan? They look wierd for some strange reason to me. Did you test them ?

Yes thank you.  I just looked at the proof from the printer and the quality of printing is way better than i had been getting on my prototypes from Costco. 

Next version will probably be a box where the printing is integrated with the box itself instead of being a separate sleeve.  But this will need to suffice for the first 2,500.  Also we will probably always sell the adapter as a separate item, so that will free up the dimensions of the box.

Thanks for pointing this out.  There is some problem with the pdf files that i put on the web where i put 12 on a page, but no problem with the source image, see below.  I'm redoing it for printing, and yes it does scan.
