Switch link to Comments to RTE vs Quick

You could have both links to making comments on an item (RTE and Quick) or make the default one RTE & then click thru to a quick (simplified) input box.
THis would make the more sophisticated users much more happy than having to click thru Quick to get to the RTE.

Problem: a lot of time I get half-way thru a comment & then decide to put in an emotey or a quote or something then have to scrape my unfinished edit, click on the RTE link & start again - phooey - not fun.

I didn't find this in the public wish yet.
