Now this is one that makes me cringe. Treaties should be approved by Congress. We may wonder no more why Bush is so in love with amnesty for illegal immigrants from Mexico.

Are we now becoming the United States of Ameri-Mexi-Canada? (On the other hand it might be a good counter to the European Union which isn't doing so well).
