The cartoon clone button has been deactivated in some cases.

Apparently if you put a big button on a page, people will click on it.  It doesn't matter to them that they are creating clutter.  Consequently we have deactivated the ability to clone cartoons for our guests who have not taken the time to join our community.   This will not effect the abilities to clone cartoons for those of us who value the community here at fastblogit.  The clone button is designed to allow you to add value to a picture or cartoon composition and put that contribution in your group.   Thank you for using it for that reason.
