Hosting Support

Apparently the server went down at about midnight and Jason wrote me a note, but did not wake me up.  Mark noticed it but did not give me a call.  Oh, well we were down all night.

Actually there is 24 hour support.   After hours, dial into spry at 888-808-7779 and press 8,  after the message press 7 to page the on-call operator.   When the server clogs up it can be brought up from the control panel:  system tab, server info, stop server, start server.  The stop takes a moment ... refersh the page ... the start takes a moment ... refresh the page.

For my part MSN messenger had you online so I thought you knew about it last night.  I was surprised that it was still dead this morning. MSN also had you online this morning. 
I mean like I don't want to restart the server if you just restarted it
