" Caught in external bondage men usually are robbed of inner freedom as well, & impelled to uninhibited revelry to enjoy life while it lasts, or else they yield to melancholy & spoil precious time in lamenting approach of old age.  Of course both attitudes are wrong.  To the superior man, who is in the know, it makes no difference whether death comes early or late.  He cultivates himself, & awaits his allotted time, thus securing his fate & secure in his occult knowledge of reincarnation & karma. "

    Revery & remembrance of the 9/11 WTC was abundant in the media including 4332 which I will comment on there - maybe light spreading on the history of terrorism in the USA. Certainly the perspective of reincarnation was nowhere to be found in all of that. It was especially dark in the area of why it happened. I don't have much more than a clue there except perhaps some reincarnation of the people from The Crusades 11th century era. 
    At the personal level T&I took a brisk walk with the dogs around the green space in our neighborhood. It's a lot of work trying to exercise, discipline & give affection to a 166 pound rottweiler and a rambunctious 128 pound mix of rottweiler & shepherd in the style of the Dog Whisperer.
     Most of the personal breakthrus were in the area discussed in Zen Body Being a great book by Peter Ralston which I wish I had discovered in my twenties. (note to self - don't forget to tell them there are a couple of paragraphs about sex in there too!).
