Here is their Site Map. I like particularly their Issues and Interest Group Ratings & State Key Votes & the 2006 Voters' Self-Defense Manual which has more on candidates & incumbents, & ballot measures than you probably want to know.
You can find out how various interest groups rate candidates & incumbents & their voting records.
The only thing that disappoints me is that a lot of the candidates have not responded to NPAT questionaire.
