1. Through the ages the people have always been dissatisfied with their kings, their politicians, their rulers and paying taxes. People who have lots of money have always been able to bend the rules & buy power & elections.  This age is no different. It is part of the human condition. It may require a great upheaval such as those in the past (Atlantis & Lemuria; Pompeii etc.)  Accept these conditions as the way things are - like birth & death & Mother Nature's tantrums. 
2. ... & go for the principles of selective spending & discussions on such selective spending .. & make sure that your personal votes & spending aligns with your own spirit & purposes.
3. Fructify your own abilities, principles & power so that one day, should the need arise, you will be able to lead & transform the process.
