Just for the record ... this cartoon was insired by ... was a reaction to ... M's calling my groping for successful diplomacy in the ME as a "grasp for the hope of a Hollywood ending". But he gets Hollywood endings all wrong ... there are no peaceful endings to a Hollywood action film. That the ME blows up in a Agamemnon type confligration is the Hollywood cliche which obtains here ... and that is what my characterization was spose to illustrate. Bush's cannon does kind of beg for a cum shot labeled "American Democracy" ... but alas, i don't want to pander too much to neocon porn.

Seth's Bush-bashing notwithstanding, nothing was solved by making it personal.
Well until someone can present me with hard facts proving that this war
was not conceived and instigated by the Bush - Rumsfeld - Cheney -
Wolfowitz team, then i will continue to hold Bush personally
responsible. Holding people personally accountable for their actions is part of what American democracy is all about.
