So often we find our prayers completely unanswered and sometimes we even doubt that Jesus is listening at all. However, if you could have him as a hostage and you were to torture him slightly, well, maybe then you could get him to do what you request.

... I don't know ... should i carry this? ... is it over the top?

Update 2/8/7 Looks like we are not going to carry this ... it being a step over the line between humor and sacrilege. I can see this as being in a sacrilege collection in 50 years and selling at auction for much bigger bucks ... so collectors of sacrilege should go buy it form Mark Pirro, the producer. Would that i had been collecting black memorabilia in the 20's ... that market has sky rocketed in the last 10 years ... now it's almost too rich for my blood.

Regarding M's comment re waiting for a "Submissive Mohammed" ... don't hold your breath ... producing or selling such a product would certainly be perilous to one's health. Can anyone find any sacrilegious Islamic products anywhere?

... Anyway, if the plastic? Jesus begins answering back, I have a little black jar of juice from our childhood that has quite a lot of yes/no kind of answers that I will sell off for ~ $1000.

At this point it seems as if it would be necessary to have the specific links to untangle. But, anyway this whole item could be viewed as a blasphemous insult & it doesn't bother me or shake my faith!

Watch the commercials on the about link of this item ... if the blasphemous insult is not immediatley obvious ... let me know and ill explain it. This goes way beyond merely making a plastic Jesus.

Well communication is asymmetrical ... meaning that things get heard different than they are spoken. Several times i have criticized you, only to be surprised that you took it as an insult. To my ears, many of the things you have said re Muslims, grated as insults ... and i am not even a Muslim.

... Yep, that's the reason I brought it up! It seems as if it is open season on Christians all over the world & yet people are cowards when it comes to poking fun at Muslims.

You missunderstand & simultaneously illustrate my point. I had no intent to insult muslims nor Christians. (It wasn't me that came up with the sacriligious Jesus). People are more worried about Muslims than Christians blowing them up!

You have insulted Muslims many times on fbi ... need i go tag the items ... yet you don't have the courage to do it in a way that Muslims might respond with violence ... nor do i, i will admit it ... i would probably not sell a product that was as sacraligious to Muhamad as this is to Jesus. But i do get your point ... many contempory Muslims are violently intolerant of sacralige ... and others are reluctant to challenge them out of fear of retaliation. But there are productions like Little Mosque on the Prarie, which i recommend, that skirt the topic and some comedians in Western countries are holding Muslims up to ridicule. Me i think that it is healthy to hold the dogmatic beliefs of all the world's religions up to ridicule, and have done so many times, ... but i am not willing to get killed for doing it ... or in this case suffer economic retribution. Be honest, though, this one is really over the line.
