Note that i have started a iran strike room. This room is to track all of the hype for a strike on Iran, both pro and con.

Russia has contracts with Iran to build nuclear power plants. Anyway, Russia & China still opposes the US on basic communist principles. It's the natural sibling power struggle.

. Ratcheting back the rhetoric is the way to step back from the precipous. Brinksmanship is dangerous, especially so because the command and control of Iran's Revolutionary Guard is probably more localized than top down. I suspect that the The Shatt Al Arab Waterway Event did not happen as a result of a command from the Mullahs but instead from the base commander on the northern shore of the Arvandrud.

Well, WND sure likes the story. I suspect this is more psychological warfare than anything real. Maybe the buildup is just a reminder to Teheran not to do anything stupid if they get enough U235 to play with.

I simply responded to your propaganda travelogue pro Iran. If you are including one of the parties, you should include both (or a similar one for USA). I am not for a strike, of course!

The beauty of Iran is compared to the beauty of Israel only in the eyes of a warmonger.

The beauty of Iran is juxtaposed to the warmongering of it's leaders who have publicly stated that Israel should be wiped off the face of the Earth; Seth's biases not withstanding!

Yeah we know all about the insults being hurled from both sides. Where do you stand? Do you want to drum up a strike? If you were the commander in chief would you be considering it seriously? Before you did would you want to hold only a image of a horrid country or would you want to see the other side of it too?

Btw, there does not appear to be any signals comming from our administration supporting any allegid strike ... most of this is comming from the foreign press. It's almost like they expect us to do it.
