Stange that you would comment about US wanting to put every thing in boxes Very Werd indeed as we consider ourselves rebels in this context.

Here are examples of our out and out struggle to keep things away from a boxy appearance. Look though each page we designed. Some boxes were needed to display the art content and frames of course are boxes. However where it was not needed as in the watercolor pages etc We worked hard to get away from that look. In the FastBlogIt buttons the square button came first as an attempt to supply a background to tie the floating images together. Also to give some aesthetic relationship to the boxy qualities of the "post" and LogoBar. The globe evolved next there on inside to express the GLOBAL espression of FastBlogIt. Wecan make the buttons with just the globes if you like NO PROBLEMS I expect the IMAGES we make to evolve with the work here. The Original design we made for FastBlogIt had to work around square areas see it in your list if you can find it :D there. You'all can be helpful by communicating with us and describing what you would prefer in detail. :))))) Winnie and Elaine

no need to explain ... i just got that impression ... your link is definitely out of boxes ... but all that said and done i would like to see just one of the buttons with just the globe to see if it looks better

We will make a GLOBE button without the box behind it. How about giving us a description of the revised button for sign Out/In ( the one with the pencil was the one intended for this. The Click mark got switched with it somehow. The Click mark was intended to represent the phrase you had written " Click here to post an item to your blog" . The text changed when you posted the buttons there. Then before I start the revisions work up a description of the particular button you have in mind You will LIKE it best then! : )

... well i was going from my original item where i defined the button with this text "Button that is clicked to go to the add item screen. This is what we are trying to get people to click on. It wants to be in the same style as the others, but somehow should stick out and almost beg people to click upon it. Usually people use some variation on a pen on paper " ... then i put the image ... that is why i thought your pen on paper was that button ... sorry for the misunderstanding
