Yep, I can't see how that one got there.  The page doesn't have that.
Actually it was in the left hand column at the bottom.  Google needs to parse the structure of the page better.
I doubt that Google parses the page.  Rather they probably get some kind of XML feed from the news provider.  I think Google rotated to choosing Fox News and then displayed whatever headline Fox put in their file.
